Zuza, Dima and Monika brough many samples from the dry-season field work in February/March 2017 collecting endemic crater lake cichlids in the Bermin Lake, and starting the pilot collection of elephant fishes in the Sanaga River in Cameroon. Together with Adrian Indermaur, Arnold Roger Bitja Nyom and his students, Pavel Nemec and a research group of parasitologists from Brno, Czechia.
